Shortlist announced!
Find out who has made it onto this year's shortlist. Winners will be announced on Thursday, 28 November 2024, at The Royal Lancaster Hotel, London, at the seventh annual Nursing Times Workforce Summit & Awards.
The Nursing Times Workforce Awards shine a light on those excelling in nurse recruitment and retention, wellbeing and inclusion, plus many other areas linked to helping overcome the ongoing workforce challenge in health and social care.
This year, to acknowledge the vital importance of supporting and retaining early years nurses, we’re excited to introduce a new awards category dedicated to celebrating preceptees, which will complement our existing categories for preceptors and preceptorship programmes.
With a total of 18 categories on offer, we’ll be rewarding the individuals, teams and organisations that go above and beyond and set new standards of excellence in their field.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity to recognise and celebrate the achievements of your colleagues and leaders while showcasing your innovative initiatives. While the evening is for the awards, the day is for debate. Join us during the daytime of 28 November for the Nursing Times Workforce Summit. Our aim is to bring you together with your peers to address current workforce challenges while honouring those who have positively impacted the profession.
If that wasn’t enough, we will also be hosting an online forum during the preceding week, with presentations and panels featuring senior nurses and other leading keynote speakers from the world of workforce. Look out for details in the near future about the Nursing Times Workforce Summit and online companion.
