Hello, my name is Ester Jamera; founder and director of EMJ Coaching – a safe space for career, leadership and life coaching.

Ester is an award-winning nurse; a passionate career, leadership and life coach; a published author; a sought-after speaker; and an emerging entrepreneur. She worked for a large NHS organisation for 14 years in various roles including advocating for improved experience of marginalised staff. Her strength and leadership acumen shone brightly when she founded and led the Black and Ethnic Minority Staff Network (BME) which has been a catalyst in transforming the organisation’s culture and driving the race equity agenda.

Ester has an in-depth understanding of the healthcare terrain, which fuels her interest in supporting and empowering the Nursing, Midwifery, and Allied Healthcare Professionals (AHPs) workforce to thrive in their career and leadership journeys.

Through her work, Ester aims to make a positive impact on the lives of those who dedicate themselves to caring for others.
