Linda Chibuzor – Group Chief Nurse/Executive Director of Nursing, Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) and Quality at Leicestershire Partnership Trust (LPT) and Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT)
Linda is a registered nurse in mental health, Specialist Dementia Nurse and a Best Interest Assessor (BIA). Over the course of her career, she has worked across a range of mental health and learning disability services, including roles as a frontline staff nurse, prison nurse, community nurse, forensic nurse, and care home manager.
Before moving into commissioning (CCGs), Linda was a ward manager in Essex, leading services for older adults (organic and functional), working-age adult acute wards, an ECT clinic, and a specialist mother and baby unit. She later served as Deputy Director of Nursing, Quality and Safeguarding at NHS Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes Integrated Care Board (ICB), before returning to provider services as Deputy Director of Nursing at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
In her current role as Group Chief Nurse and Executive Director of Nursing, AHPs and Quality for LPT and NHFT, Linda continues to champion excellence in care, workforce development, and quality improvement.
Outside of work, Linda is married with three children and three grandchildren. She is a dedicated Arsenal supporter who enjoys traveling, walking, and running. Linda is also a Director of the National Mental Health Nurse Directors Forum and trustee for a charity in the West Midlands, Churches Housing Association of Dudley and District (CHADD).
