The judges will be looking for evidence of staff engagement, inclusion, reward and recognition programmes that stand out from others in the sector, supported by meaningful quantitative and qualitative evidence that highlights:
- Innovation – originality of their staff engagement activities
- Value – demonstration of a clear improvement in staff morale and retention evidenced by meaningful data, case studies and employee survey feedback
- Adaptability – ideas that could be easily adopted by other organisations
- Collaboration – evidence of the involvement of other professionals or services in the project
