Nursing Recruitment Marketing Campaign of the Year
This award aims to recognise an organisation’s marketing efforts to support nursing recruitment. Judges will be looking for the use of creative marketing material, the innovative use of social media and other multi-channel approaches to promote their organisation and encourage more candidates to consider a career with them.
What are the judges looking for?
The judges will be looking for originality and innovation that stands out from others in the sector, supported by evidence of creative marketing material that demonstrates the following:
- Innovation – originality of the theme of the campaigns
- Value – demonstrating an improvement in the number of applications and the organisation’s brand presence, evidenced by meaningful data and case studies
- Adaptability – ideas that could be easily adopted by other organisations
- Collaboration – evidence of the involvement of other professionals or services in the project
