Currently working as part of the Chief Nurse, Maternity and Early Years Directorate within PHE as the Clinical Team Leader for the COVID19 CYPSU response and recovery. Penny has a national nurse leadership role in public health nursing emphasising the importance of prevention, public health and community empowerment, optimising health and wellbeing.
Working as Nurse Advisor for the WHO CC, Penny supports nurses, midwives and allied health professionals to tackle the growing and changing public health challenges working towards better outcomes and reduced inequalities.
