With more than a decade at RWT, Emily brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to the Judging Panel.  A former recipient of 2 Nursing Times Awards and having worked her way from entry level to senior leadership, she understands the need to embrace innovation to ensure authentic operational and corporate development.  An ambassador for the patient experience, Emily equally recognises and values the need for staff fulfilment and development, evinced through her work with the clinical fellowship programme.  Passionate and committed, Emily is at the centre of leading a dynamic and diverse workforce, with her links to international nursing adding a unique string to her bow.
