I consistently provide strong leadership and direction across the hospital, by doing a number of LAPPO’s programs and Vision 21, this has supported my professional development and assisted me to understand myself as a strong role model and leader. The Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) identifies I have traits which support my clinical role including Passion, Commitment, Honesty, Transparency and Resilience. This enables me to empower and build a resilient workforce which enhanced both staff and patient experience.
