Careers for Young People
After graduating from De Montfort University Leicester in 1997, Anne-Marie’s nursing career has spanned EoL Hospice care, progressing to Ward Sister whilst gaining specialist qualifications in Tissue Viability and Lymphoedema, creating / leading an Islandwide Lymphoedema Service before a passion for education led to a post as Community Practice Educator.
In 2021-23 Anne-Marie completed her MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice, published her dissertation, and was very proud to accept the award of Queen’s Nurse title, also becoming a PNA.
Recent opportunities include work as Teaching Fellow at the University of Portsmouth and collaboration on the Careers for Young People Programme which won the NT 2023 Workforce Award.
