In 2017, Elizabeth founded the National Health Care Conferences (NHCC) Uganda - the knowledge-sharing platform for nurses and Midwives, a leading independent platform to provide continued professional development training. At the onset of the COVID pandemic (2020), she conducted a research survey on the nurses' preparedness in managing COVID-19 in an African Country whose preliminary results informed advocating for the frontline workers. She initiated an e-newsletter - Nurses and Midwives Leadership Think Tank (NMLTT). She is the co-founder and Inaugural President of the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Association UK (2020-2023), and one of the newly appointed co- chairs of Mary seacole trust UK.
