Jenny is a children’s nurse and senior nursing leader with an expertise in Nursing education and workforce development. She left a senior role within the NHS in early 2022 and established Develop to Thrive. Central to the work she does, is supporting the nursing and non-medical workforce to maximise its impact and enhance healthcare delivery in a sustainable manner. Workforce retention is central to her work. Through a range of different roles, she has applied her passion for improving patient care and nurturing the nursing workforce, to develop a unique set of strategic, management and leadership skills in this field.
