During her extensive career, Juliette has held senior leadership roles at large teaching and district general hospitals as well in commissioning. She joined NHS Professionals from her Chief Nurse post at Southport and Ormskirk Hospital Trust. She was also Chief Nurse and Deputy CEO at the Nightingale Hospital Northwest. During her time at NHS Professionals, she has ensured she has strengthened the focus on nursing and patient safety throughout the organisation and championed the voice of the flexible nursing workforce.
