Mem Van Beek is a senior nurse leader who has worked in the NHS for over 20 years. She has a passion for equity, diversity and inclusion both for staff and patients. She is an educator, coach as well as a fellow for CNO & CMidO Strategic Advisory Group. Her leadership focuses on creating psychologically safe teams where staff feel supported to reach their full potential and can deliver outstanding harm free care in a conducive patient safety culture.
