I am currently working as a Director of Nursing, Professions and Care Standards and Deputy Chief Executive within a combined Mental Health and Community Trust and at Place as the Director of Nursing at Bradford District & Craven (distributed leadership). I am committed to the delivery of an ethnically diverse committed workforce which is representative of our local population. I have worked in a variety of roles across community, acute and mental health services.
