My nursing career started in surgery; HDU and oncology across several London trusts. Despite planning to stop at ward manager level, I went on to enjoy a post as a matron in medicine and senior health and a Practice and Professional Development Lead role in the Education team. My current post has been a wonderful opportunity to bring together all of my experiences and covers all of the areas that I most enjoy in nursing!
