Ying is an experienced nurse and transformational leader with a proven track record of successfully providing clinical and managerial leadership. She has over 40 years of healthcare experience and has worked with portfolios which have spanned acute, community, national and international settings. She worked as an advisor to the Chief Nurse of England, delivering national projects on her behalf. In 2015 she was named as one of the Nursing Times one hundred inspirational nurse leaders. As a Nursing Times judge, she is inspired by the incredible innovations and thoughtful approaches that make a significant difference in the lives of users and staff.
