I am currently the Lead for Nursing and Midwifery Retention at GST, leading on (amongst other things!) self-directed rostering pilots across the Trust.

My career has spanned Community, Critical Care, HIV, Sexual Health and SARC, Practice Development and Clinical Governance in the third sector as well as the NHS.

Staff experience is a key motivator for me in all aspects of my work and my Good Grief Café initiative was previously shortlisted for an NT Workforce award.
