Alison has worked across a range of healthcare settings within clinical and operational service leadership roles. She has significant programme management experience, leading complex, large-scale change for workforce and service redesign across the health and care sector.
As a Clinical Commissioning Group Strategy & Service Redesign executive, a Health and Wellbeing Board member and as Workforce Programme Director within an Integrated Care System (ICS), Alison has been driven by clinical roots to secure service and workforce transformation that enables health and care staff to deliver high quality, integrated care into the future.
