Why attend
The 2024 Nursing Times Workforce Summit will attract over 250 attendees from across NHS, acute, community, mental health and The Nursing Times Workforce Conference and Summit 2024 were our premier events, connected to the Nursing Times Workforce Awards, dedicated to addressing the evolving challenges and opportunities within the nursing and midwifery workforce. These events comprised a full-day online conference on 21st November, which was free to attend, followed by a full-day Summit on the day of the awards, 28th November. Both events brought together industry leaders, senior healthcare professionals, and policymakers to discuss innovative strategies and share insights shaping the future of nursing. This year, following the publication of the NHS Long Term Workforce Plan, the events explored the advances made and strategies developed to create a stronger, more resilient, and happier workforce for the improvement of patient care and safety.
