Agimol is a nurse leader, academic, researcher, and philanthropist dedicated to organ donation, transplant coordination, healthcare equity, and supporting internationally educated nurses (IENs). She is Senior Liver Transplant Coordinator at King's College Hospital and Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Salford. Her work spans clinical practice, research, policy, and community advocacy, with leadership roles in NHS Blood and Transplant, the Nursing and Midwifery Council, and the Royal College of Nursing. Awarded the British Empire Medal (BEM) and the 2024 HSJ Workforce Initiative of the Year Award, Agimol has transformed donor awareness and empowered thousands of IENs to rebuild their careers.
