An experienced nurse leader and manager whose roles have spanned local, national and international settings. She has held leadership positions within community settings, a Foundation Trust, the Chief Nurse of England's office and a professional organization. She has undertaken international work in both a voluntary and paid capacity. She currently works within the sphere of the Commonwealth and collaborates with civil society organizations to advance opportunities and improve health and wellbeing outcomes. She sits on committees whose priorities focus on support for clinicians representing a variety of diaspora groups. She is committed to equality and diversity and coaches individuals from varied health fields to enable them to better navigate their roles in health and care settings and in preparation for progression into more senior roles.
