Jenny Halse is a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse with over 25 years in the profession, specialising in nursing education and workforce development. Jenny has held senior nursing leadership roles within NHS organisations, Health Education England and a University. As the founder of Develop To Thrive, Jenny is dedicated to enhancing the impact of the nursing profession by empowering nurses and nurse leaders to reach their full potential. She offers consulting, leadership development, and coaching services to healthcare organisations, drawing on her extensive background in senior nursing roles and her qualifications, in Clinical Education, facilitation and as a certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Jenny is a board Trustee at a Hospice for Babies, Children and Young People. Jenny’s mission is to create environments where nurses can thrive, lead sustainably, and drive meaningful change in global health.
