Working as a nurse for 35 years across all sectors in social care and health. Her
roles have included setting up and managing a set down unit during covid-19, Care
Quality Commission inspector (CQC), service manager in a local authority, lead
educator for ASC staff in North Central London and Co- chair for London Social Care
Nursing Advisory council (SCNAC) London.
Champion the use of digital technology in adult social care. Increasing student nurse
placements, improving health outcome for ASC staff and ensuring all ASC nurses
and care staff have access to high quality education and training that has been co-
produced by ASC staff and residents. Advocate for research in ASC, encouraging
ASC nurses to become involved.
Winning numerous awards for digital technology, education and health and well-
being. Proud to be a Queens nurses and recipient of an ASC chief nurse award for
outstanding contributions to nursing in ASC.
