She brings an analytical, thoughtful, and collaborative approach to enhancing quality across both private and public health and social care settings. With experience spanning frontline practice and strategic digital change, Felicia is committed to supporting teams and organisations to deliver safer, more equitable services. She also serves as the Shuri Network Alumni National Lead, championing the development and progression of women of colour across the digital health landscape.
