Vavengers
thevavengers.co.uk/

The Vavengers is a UK-based charity committed to ending Female Genital Mutilation/Cutting (FGM/C) and all other forms of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). The Vavengers listen, support and take action. The Vavengers is a survivor, female and migrant-led organisation, standing with and for every woman affected by FGM/C and other forms of Gender-Based Violence.

The Vavengers' work takes three forms:

1 - Community outreach hubs in the UK that support vulnerable women and girls’ physical, psychological, and legal needs with a focus on FGM/C and VAWG
2 - Educational workshops about FGM/C and VAWG with businesses and organisations, including healthcare professionals
3- National and international campaigns to ensure FGM/C and VAWG is on the political and social agenda
