Dawn is an RMN and recently undertaken the role of Deputy Chief Nurse at Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust. She has clinical and operational experience across the NHS, 3rd Sector and independent health care services, including multiple healthcare functions; mental health, prisons, drug services, primary care. She has a particular passion for mindfulness, leadership, patient safety and systemic healthcare change.
