My time working with health and justice services started in 2005 when I joined Cheshire Probation Service as a Probation Officer. I specialised in working with individuals dependent on drugs and alcohol and was the first Probation Officer nationally to deliver Alcohol Treatment Requirements. I then became a Senior Probation Officer leading the Drug Intervention Programme before moving to a Manchester based addictions charity, moving up to Service Delivery Director responsible for leading integrated drug and alcohol services across the Northwest and Midlands. I started my current role with Telus Health, leading the implementation of Breaking Free Online in the prison estate in 2019.
