I am the Head of Nursing for Workforce Development & Education at Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust and Lead for the MYTT Stay & Thrive Programme. I have been a nurse for over 30 years and have worked in a variety of roles across a number of organisations. I am passionate about developing and nurturing our workforce and enabling them to achieve their career goals. My current role allows me to influence and drive change to support personal and professional development and ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care and experience.
