The 2022 Nursing Times Workforce Summit attracted over 300 attendees from across the NHS and independent sector, working in acute, community and mental health settings. Delegates joined us at the summit to build their network, share challenges with their peers and to be empowered to support their workforce.
Key perks of the 2022 event were:
- Senior leaders – hear from some of the country’s most senior nursing and midwifery leaders so you can better understand and plan how to address workforce challenges in your organisation
- Award-winning work – learn more from our award winners and be inspired to implement similar initiatives
- More discussion and debate – benefit from thought-provoking discussion panels with advice and guidance that can better support your workforce planning and management
- Your choice of content – the physical event will feature streams that you can choose from focused on recruitment and retention and workforce development. The perfect reason to bring a team with you to benefit from all the content on offer
Your choice of event – we’ve embraced virtual and we want to offer the best of both. So now you can choose between the physical which will include the virtual companion event or a virtual only option, The virtual companion is free to attend for all HCPs.

Felt privileged to be part of such a celebration. Well organised and planned.
The awards ceremony was very special and a great celebration of everyone's hard work over the years, especially the last 18 months which have been difficult for all
I enjoyed the day and felt the sessions and topics covered where fantastic and very helpful both personally and organisationally.
To be recognised at an awards ceremony is very humbling and to see all the other organisations and the fabulous work they are doing to ensure both patient and staff safety is amazing
The conference was excellent with a wide variation of topics and speakers. Lots of good ideas and networking opportunities.
This event doesn’t just give appreciation to the nurses who works so hard out there but at the same time gives awareness to the current issues faced in the workplace and most importantly give us a way on how to solve it.
The awards were a fabulous event that celebrated the diversity, integration and the best of nurses and their teams.
Wonderful event, beautiful venue, excellent communications leading up to the event, very well organised. I felt very proud to be part of this prestigious event.
Great daytime and evening event, especially liked the discussion format
These awards change lives and shape the reputation of acute, community, social care and voluntary sector services.
It was an informative, friendly day filled with thought provoking and inspiring ideas to bring home.
